TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR RECHAZA RECUSO DE QUEJA
El Tribunal Superior de Santander rechazó el recurso de queja que ante esa entidad presentó la abogada de Sandra. Como se recordará, en la audiencia preliminar el juez séptimo Jorge Enrique Carvajal Hernandez aceptó pruebas que solicitó el abogado del diputado con el fin exclusivo de investigar y perjudicar la imagén de la víctima, desviando totalmente la investigación hacia ella. Fácilmente se observa como ahora, desde el Palacio de Justicia se favorece abiertamente al acusado de la violación.
Por lo tanto la fecha de la audiencia pública se mantiene para el miercoles, 11 de agosto de 2004 e inicia a las 8:00 de la mañana.
Las mujeres vestidas de blanco haremos presencia frente al palacio de justicia, durante todo el tiempo que dure la audiencia, ademas el grupo de DANZAZUL presentará su performance.
